 The Chronicles of Narnia - a series of seven children's fantasy books written by CS Lewis. They tells of the adventures of children in dreamland called Narnia, where animals can talk, magic is no surprise, and good struggling with evil. The Chronicles of Narnia contain many allusions to Christian ideas accessible to young readers form. In addition to Christian themes, Lewis took characters from Greek and Roman mythology and traditional British and Irish fairy tales. The series is very popular. By 2006, it sold more than 100 million copies in 41 language (Kelly 2006, Guthmann 2005), there are TV and kinoekranizatsiyi, Radio plays, theatrical productions, computer games.
